The sounds that came with this agreement are licensed - not sold - to you by Tokimeki1983, for use in your music productions.
The right to use enclosed sounds is only granted to the original end-user of the product. This right is not transferable – which means you cannot sell these sounds second hand. If the product is sold, yours and the buyers license are no longer valid.
All lending, renting, copying, duplicating, trading or reselling of this product or its contents is naturally not allowed.
You can use the sounds in any type of commercial or private music production without permission or paying any further fees than the original price of the product. You may modify the sounds to your needs.

How can I use the sounds?
You may use the sounds in combination with other sounds within your musical compositions. You may release such compositions commercially without payment of any further fees or royalties for such usage because you have purchased a private license to use the sounds commercially.
Can i use the sounds in isolation to make music?
Yes, you can
but you cannot use the sounds in isolation (i.e. when not within musical compositions) to make another sample CD or multimedia sound library CD-ROM.
Can I use the sounds to make library / production music?
Of course. Just so long as you follow the guidelines above - ensuring that the samples are used as parts of compositions and are not used in isolation.
